I am currently working with Accenture Song, Germany as a Test Manager and Quality Coach. I am the CEO, Co-Founder, and Chief Editor of the most popular software testing magazine Tea-time with Testers. I am the co-creator of the world’s leading testing survey named the State of Testing. I am also working as a Vice President at Association for Software Testing, USA, and looking after AST’s well-known education program. My specialties are my test consulting skills, whole team testing, test management, teaching testing, and providing testing-related consultation to project teams. 

I am an international keynote speaker and have spoken at leading testing conferences worldwide. Have worked as a Program Chair for ConTest NYC 2020 conference. I have been working as Lead Instructor for the BBST Foundations course with Association for Software Testing and I have also conducted Rapid Software Testing full-day training at my workplace. Once in a while, I conduct public workshops on Exploratory Testing so as to enable testers to do “more with less”.  I regularly assist James Bach in his Rapid Software Testing Applied Online classes (RSTA). Setting up and running Testing CoPs (Community of Practice) and establishing an intellectual testing culture in an organization are some of my niche skills. 

Through my world-famous magazine, Tea-time with Testers, I am active in my personal mission of improving the state of software testing. I do it by collaborating with leading authors, thought leaders, and expert practitioners and also by volunteering my time to help fellow testers by writing blogs and providing coaching on software testing. My dedication to the advancement of software testing has now become my hobby due to the enjoyment and satisfaction I gain from my efforts.
